Are the products truly hand-made?
Yes, my products are hand-made. I only brought the materials to make them, as in the charms, the bracelets, etc... I assemble them based on my aesthetics.
What are the payment options?
There are multiple payment options, however, I do not accept Paypal and Apple pay.
What is your return policy?
For our return policy, if it does not suit you can always send it back to the address provided. When we receive the returning product (s), we will automatically refund you your money. Keep in mind that the refund process can take up to 3-5 business days, depending on the credit/bank account.
How long will it take to receive order (s)?
Depending on where you are. In the United States, it takes 3-10 business days (just to be on the safe side). International 3-24 business days (depending on where you are and transportation issues that may occur).
